RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION PART 2 - PAYMENT INFORMATION

Remember:

There are 2 parts to Registering your child for Religious Education:

    Part 1 is the PayPal payment you just completed.

    Part 2 is the Family Information Form located below.

Your child is not completely registered until you have completed both payment and the Family Information Form.

Part 2: Family Information Form

Complete the Family Information Form.

Be sure to provide the email address associated with your payment on the Family Information Form so we can credit your account.
